Please make sure you fulfill the requirements below to return any portion of your order:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or sales order confirmation with your return. On the back of the original packing slip, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). - Again, for safety reasons, we can only accept returns for refund, credit or exchange on unopened, unused or defective merchandise. All skincare returns must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued, minus the original shipping fees.
- We encourage you to use the original packaging / packing materials that came with your skincare purchase.
- Please see your original packing slip for instructions to initiate a return and the address to which it should be sent. Please allow 10-15 business days for the processing of your return.
- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured USPS, UPS or FEDEX ground. Unless the original package was damaged or defective upon receipt, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for packages lost in transit.
